With the capacity to heat in temperatures up to 200°F (94°C), this Carter-Hoffmann BR96 Banquet Heated Cabinet is ideal for keeping pre-prepared plates warm for customers. It has the capacity to hold approximately ninety-six 8-3/4″ to 11″ diameter covered plates and its blower system ensures quick heat-up, recovery, and even heating throughout. Its stainless steel construction with welded, turned-in seams make it durable and eliminates raw edges for uncomplicated cleaning, while its 6″ diameter casters have been offset in a “wheel-ahead” pattern making it easy to roll. Its stainless steel top mounted latch with padlock provision ensures the cabinet stays securely closed during transport.
