This Carter-Hoffmann HP65 Shelf or Wall Mounted Plate Warmer Cabinet has the capacity to hold up to 314 pounds of dishes. Strong and durable, it has a stainless steel construction, recessed On/Off switch, and blue powder coated aluminum door. Its easy to clean, but even more convenient to use. It heats with a quick and efficient blower heating system which circulates warm air throughout the cabinet. Its red indication light lets users know when temperatures are dropping and it resets itself automatically once temperatures drop below a certain point. It comes preset at 155°F, but has a 120°F to 185°F range.
Maximized for heat retention, this Plate Warmer Cabinet has a 1-1/2″ thick high density fiberglass insulation in its top and sides. It accommodates a number of plates and dishware, depending on their type and size, and provides easy access through its flip up door. A grease filter protects heater elements, allowing you to place this Shelf or Wall Mounted Plate Warmer Cabinet wherever its convenient for you, even over grills and saute stations.
