Durable and mobile, this Carter-Hoffmann HL10-10-RW Humidified Heating Cabinet with Two Drawer Warmer ensures chefs, bakers, and practicing cooks will never have to worry about their creations growing cold again. With the capacity to hold ten 18” x 26” or twenty 12″ x 20″ pans, it keeps food warm while you work on other projects or serve customers. It heats between 85°F to 200°F and can preheat at 160°F in approximately 25 minutes.

This Holding Cabinet’s double panel door, with magnetic door latch and heavy-duty hinges, allow you to open and close it easily. This way you can reach in for your items when needed without hassle or time delay. This Cabinet is insulated with a 2″ high density wrap-around fiberglass, ensuring your creations keep warm while your kitchen stays cool.

The Drawer Warmer can hold two 12″ x 20″ pans that are up to 6″ deep. It has an exclusive self-latching mechanism which makes it possible to securely shut its doors with just one touch. The Drawer Warmers heat in temperatures ranging from 90°F to 210°F and can be set separately, permitting you to adjust temperatures and humidity differently in each drawer.
