Each compartment holds three full-size pans to handle vegetables, proteins, or sides during peak service. The boilerless design provides steam cooking without a separate generator.
Dial in production with SureCook controls, a 60-minute electro-mechanical timer, and a manual continuous-steaming bypass for extended cycles. Automatic drain and water level controls help maintain operation through back-to-back loads. A left-hand hinged door with right-side controls supports streamlined line placement.
