Its corrosion resistant stainless steel finish, welded with angle iron and aluminized inner framing, is painless to clean. Its grease drawer is removable, making it easier to clean, and its highly polished griddle plate minimizes food sticking. Its heavy insulated double walled construction maximizes heat retention and minimizes heat escaping into your kitchen, creating a cooler operation. Cast iron “H” pattern burners are laid out in 12″ increments, allowing your dishes to be thoroughly and efficiently cooked.
