The Continental RA60SN12 refrigerated sandwich prep table helps organize busy make lines without crowding the aisle. Its shallow-depth, 60-inch footprint lets operators stage ingredients and assemble orders efficiently. A practical fit for delis, cafes, and high-volume kitchens with limited space.
A 300 series stainless steel top holds twelve 1/6-size pans at 4 inches deep to keep mise en place within easy reach. The 10-inch deep nylon cutting board provides stable prep space for sandwiches, salads, and wraps. Staff can top, slice, and finish orders right at the rail to maintain pace during rushes.
Built for daily service, it features a stainless steel front and sides, a galvanized steel case back, and an aluminum interior. Side-mounted, 1/3 HP refrigeration uses R290 refrigerant with electronic controls, off-cycle defrost, and a hot gas condensate evaporator to manage cooling, defrost, and condensate removal.
