The Crown Steam GL-80E is an 80-gallon, gas, 2/3-jacketed stationary kettle built to move high-volume production with consistency. Its 150,000 BTU burner delivers responsive heating for large batches of soups, sauces, stocks, chili, and more.
Thermostatic control with electronic ignition and a direct immersion thermostat helps you dial in target temperatures and hold them. A water sight glass and cooking light aid monitoring, while the 2-inch draw-off and included perforated strainer streamline draining, finishing, and portioning.
The 316 stainless steel interior liner and 304 stainless exterior stand up to daily use, and the tri-leg base anchors the kettle securely. Operators benefit from built-in safeguards including a pressure gauge, low-water indicator light, low-water cut-off, pressure switch, and pressure relief valve.
