Configure the cabinet to your menu with universal tray slides that accept (10) 18″ x 26″ sheet pans or (20) 12″ x 20″ steam table pans. Adjust the thermostat from 90°F to 190°F and fine-tune slide spacing—4-1/2″ on-center, adjustable in 1-1/2″ increments—to accommodate varied pan depths and production volumes.
Maneuver confidently with push bars, 5″ casters, and a wraparound bumper that protects equipment and doorways. An insulated stainless steel cabinet with a flush-mounted door helps maintain heat while presenting a clean, durable exterior suited for banquets, tray-line service, and off-site catering.
