Description
The Lancer Chute Lower ACIB is the critical mechanical guide path responsible for directing ice from the internal bin into the customer’s glass. Manufactured from food-safe, low-friction polymer, it ensures a sanitary and directed flow of ice while preventing chips from scattering into the machine cabinet or onto the service counter.
Problem Solved: Prevents ice spills and ensures a sanitary delivery during the dispensing cycle. This part replaces chutes that have developed stress cracks, which can harbor bacteria or cause ice to jam during high-volume periods.
Symptoms of Failure: Ice clumping or jamming in the delivery path, visible cracks in the plastic housing, or ice ‘blowout’ scattering onto the counter instead of entering the cup.
