Description
The Lancer O-Ring 2-007 (02-0067/01) is a small-diameter precision seal used in the internal mechanical assemblies of Lancer dispensing valves and flow control modules. It provides the high-pressure barrier necessary to keep syrup and CO2-saturated water separated from the electrical components of the valve.
Symptoms of Failure: If you see moisture inside the valve cover or a slow drip coming from the solenoid armature tube, this o-ring is likely cracked or compressed. Failure to replace this small seal often leads to short-circuits and expensive solenoid burnout.
Technician’s Note: These o-rings are extremely easy to lose during a valve rebuild. Always use a plastic pick to seat them; metal picks can scratch the groove, creating a permanent leak path that even a new o-ring won’t fix.Technical Specifications:
