Description
The Lancer O-Ring 2-029 is a precision-molded elastomer seal designed to maintain a high-pressure, fluid-tight barrier at critical manifold connection points. It is engineered to withstand the chemical acidity of syrup concentrates and the constant pressure of carbonated water systems.
Problem Solved: Stops syrup and CO2 leaks at the valve manifold, ensuring the system stays pressurized and waste-free. Prevents carbonator pumps from short-cycling due to pressure loss.
Symptoms of Failure: Visible dripping at the back of the valve block, a sticky mess inside the unit, or ‘flat’ drinks caused by gas pressure loss through the manifold interface.
Technician’s Note: Never install o-rings dry. Use a light coating of food-grade silicone lubricant (Petrol-Gel) to ensure the rubber seats without rolling or tearing during the seat installation. Check the seat for pits before installing.Technical Specifications:
