The Master-Bilt DC-10D ice cream dipping cabinet supports smooth service and consistent product temperatures. It dips fourteen 3-gallon cans and stores eleven 3-gallon cans. A cold-wall evaporator promotes uniform chilling, while the stainless steel top with anti-condensate heater helps keep the serving area clear. Flip lids provide quick access and close securely between scoops. The cabinet operates within a 10° to -10°F temperature range. Construction includes a steel exterior and galvanized steel interior. Powered by a 1/3 hp system on 115v/60/1-ph, it draws 5.4 amps and connects via a 9′ cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug. cULus and NSF listed.
