The Server 83600 4-jar cold station base streamlines chilled condiment service on busy countertops. Its insulated stainless steel body works with ice packs to help maintain cold temperatures without power. Configure the station to fit your menu: it accepts four full-size 3.5 qt fountain jars, six slim 2 qt jars, or a mixed set of two full-size and three slim jars. The base accommodates four Universal Ice Packs (100515) to support consistent holding during service. Use it on salad bars, dessert lines, concessions, and made-to-order prep.
