Two standard ovens with battery spark ignition expand production capacity for roasting, baking, and finishing. A standing pilot keeps the top section ready to fire, while one included rack per oven helps stage multiple items without slowing the line.
A 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf provides convenient mise en place storage and keeps tools within reach. Built with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf and set on 6″ adjustable legs for easy leveling, this range delivers 318,000 BTU of cooking power and meets CSA and NSF standards for professional kitchens.
