Three non-clog burners at the front right, two pyromax burners at the rear right, and four non-clog burners on the left enable simultaneous cooking across stations. A standing pilot keeps the cooktop ready between orders.
Boost throughput with the integrated convection oven featuring battery spark ignition and three included racks. Use the cabinet base to keep essentials close, and the 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf to stage items as plates move down the line. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf with 6″ adjustable legs support durable, sanitary installation.
