A standing pilot keeps burners ready so crews can fire dishes at a moment’s notice.
Streamline service with two standard ovens featuring battery spark ignition, letting you roast, bake, or finish while the top handles high-heat tasks. Each oven includes one rack, and the 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf keeps pans, spices, or plating tools within reach to speed the pass. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf clean quickly and present a polished line.
Level installation and easy floor access come from 6-inch adjustable legs—ideal for multi-station kitchens, hotels, and high-volume operators. The 4602DD carries CSA and NSF approvals for compliance peace of mind. This model qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ program.
