Thermostatic controls let you dial in precise griddle temps for eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, or searing proteins during peak volume. A standing pilot streamlines quick recovery between orders.
Increase throughput with a dual-oven base—one standard oven and one convection oven—both lit by battery spark ignition for dependable starts. Roast, bake, or finish sides while keeping sauces firing on the sauté burners, or stage multiple batches on the included four racks. Convection helps promote even results on baked goods and roasted vegetables.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with integrated shelf keeps pans and mise en place within reach, while the stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily service. The range delivers 223,000 BTU to support high-volume production across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It also qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
