Configure the line with (3) star/saute burners at the front left, (2) pyromax burners at the rear left, and (4) star/saute burners on the right to sear, saute, and boil simultaneously. This layout helps chefs move from pan work to high-heat tasks without breaking workflow.
Bake, roast, or finish sides in the (2) standard ovens featuring battery spark ignition, while the standing-pilot cooktop stays ready for rush periods. A 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf keeps frequently used pans and spices within arm’s reach. Includes one rack per oven for immediate service rotation.
