Three star/saute burners in front and two pyromax burners in back let chefs move from searing and sautéing to simmering stocks without breaking stride. A right-side 24″ griddle with thermostatic controls keeps breakfast items, burgers, or grilled sandwiches on pace during peak hours.
Dual ovens expand production: one standard oven and one convection oven, each with battery spark ignition. Roast proteins while baking sides, and use the four included racks to stage multiple pans.
Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf simplify cleanup, and 6″ adjustable legs help level the unit on irregular floors. A 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf adds convenient staging space, while a total of 304,000 BTU supports high-volume service and qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
