Six non-clog front burners handle sautéing, searing, and simmering, while four rear pyromax burners deliver intense heat for rapid boils and heavy stock work. A standing pilot keeps the cooktop at the ready to shorten ticket times.
Two convection ovens with battery spark ignition provide reliable starts and even baking for roasting proteins, finishing vegetables, or batch baking. Each oven includes three racks to stage multiple items at once, helping chefs balance prep and peak-service throughput. This configuration supports mixed menus without sacrificing pace or consistency.
A 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf adds convenient pan and tool storage right on the line. Stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6″ adjustable legs simplify cleaning and setup, while a total of 422,000 BTU delivers the performance needed for busy kitchens and multi-station workflows.
