The Southbend 4725DD-3CR is a 72″ gas ultimate restaurant range engineered to streamline high-volume production. Three front sauté burners, two rear pyromax burners, and a right-side 36″ charbroiler let your team sear, simmer, and char simultaneously without shuffling stations.
Two standard ovens with battery spark ignition handle roasting, finishing, or baking while the line stays hot. A standing pilot keeps the cooking suite ready between rushes, and each oven includes a rack to get you plating faster.
Built for demanding kitchens, it features a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus 6″ adjustable legs for leveling on uneven floors. A 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf adds pan staging space, while 365,000 BTU of total output powers through peak hours; CSA and NSF certifications support compliance. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
