The Traulsen UPT3212-R refrigerated sandwich prep table streamlines cold prep in compact footprints. At 32″ wide, it organizes up to twelve 1/6 size pans (4″ deep, included) and accepts pans up to 6″ deep to support varied menus. A roll-top lid doubles as an overshelf while shielding ingredients, and the stainless steel exterior top, sides, and door with a Santoprene EZ-Clean gasket withstand heavy use. The hinged, self-closing door includes a 105° stay-open feature for fast loading. A rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system with eco-friendly R-290 holds 34° to 38°F, managed by an electronic control with a 3-digit LED display for precise adjustments. Inside, a corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum interior and two adjustable powder-coated wire shelves help optimize organization.
