Set each well independently with individual manual dial controls to match soups, sides, and entrées. Because the sealed wells require no spillage pans, staff can load pans quickly and maintain consistent heat transfer. A built-in manifold drain accelerates end-of-service water removal to shorten cleanup.
Built with a granite vinyl‑clad 20-gauge carbon steel base, this unit withstands daily transport and high-traffic environments.
