A built-in space saver filter system streamlines oil management between rushes. The 5.5 GPM roller pump with a 1/3 HP motor moves oil through the filter media to help maintain quality and reduce downtime.
Snap action thermostats deliver steady, repeatable results from batch to batch, while stainless steel frypots, fronts, and sides stand up to daily use. Casters support easy maneuvering for cleaning or service, and the included joiner strips and filter starter kit help you deploy the system right away.
