Independent U-shaped heating elements on the top and bottom of each deck let you fine-tune bake profiles for crisp crusts and uniform color. A 60-minute timer helps crews pace orders and manage throughput during rush periods. Load one deck for par-bakes while finishing pies on the other to streamline workflow.
A stainless steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and full insulation lock in heat while helping keep the exterior cooler for operators.
