The Bakers Pride EP-2-8-3836 electric double-deck pizza oven powers high-volume production with two 38-inch by 36-inch cordierite decks and 7-inch deck heights. Running from 300°F to 800°F at 16 kW, it delivers the intense, even heat needed for pizzas, flatbreads, and artisan breads. Ideal for pizzerias, bakeries, and foodservice operations that demand consistent results service after service.
Independent U-shaped heating elements on the top and bottom of each deck let you fine-tune bake profiles for crisp crusts and uniform color. A 60-minute timer helps crews pace orders and manage throughput during rush periods. Load one deck for par-bakes while finishing pies on the other to streamline workflow.
A stainless steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and full insulation lock in heat while helping keep the exterior cooler for operators. Spring-balanced, fully insulated doors minimize heat loss between bakes. When demand grows, the stackable design allows expansion up to three ovens high without widening your footprint.
