Individual 12″ x 12″ cast iron grates support heavy stock pots and pans while promoting consistent heat transfer. A full-width drip pan pulls out to streamline end-of-shift cleanup.
Use the six open-top burners to sear proteins, boil pasta, and sauté vegetables, then finish batches in the convection oven with two wire racks. With 211,000 total BTU and a dependable 3/4″ gas connection, this range powers through high-volume production.
Built for commercial durability, it features a stainless steel front, back, and shelf with galvanized sides, plus 6-inch adjustable legs for easy leveling and a 37-inch cook-surface height that suits the line.
