Two 24,000 BTU star burners with 12-inch square cast iron grates handle sautéing, searing, and stock work with steady heat. This integrated setup helps chefs, operators, and facility managers move from prep to finish without changing stations.
The 36-inch raised griddle features a 3/4-inch thick plate and two manual controls. A stainless steel mesh flame spreader with a 33-inch x 18-inch rack below the griddle lets you melt, broil, and finish burgers, sandwiches, or gratins. Dual cook surface heights of 37 and 40 inches are built in.
Bake or roast in the 31.5-inch W x 21.5-inch D oven, with enamel door and bottom linings and an included rack with three positions. A stainless steel exterior with back riser and high shelf, plus a small open cabinet and 6-inch stainless steel legs, supports durable, organized workflows.
