The Imperial Range IHR-G24-2 heavy-duty gas range delivers multiple cook zones in a 36″ width. Two open burners with cast iron “S” grates are paired with a 24″ griddle built on a 1″ thick plate. Manual controls manage each section, and a standard oven with one chrome rack is included. Total output is 180,000 BTU (53 kW).
Workflow-focused details include a 5″ deep landing ledge, a removable crumb tray, and a 4″ wide grease gutter with 1 gallon can capacity.
