Description
The Imperial Range IHR-GT18-1HT-C is a 36-inch Spec Series heavy duty gas range built to support efficient line production. It combines an 18-inch griddle with thermostatic control and an 18-inch hot top in one footprint. A 5-inch landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate provide organized staging at the front of the cook station.
The convection oven is powered by a 1/2 HP blower motor and features a porcelain interior with three chrome racks. Grease management is handled by a 4-inch-wide gutter with 1 gallon can capacity. Stainless steel front and sides support a clean, durable workspace, while 6-inch legs with adjustable feet aid proper leveling. Total input is 115,000 BTU (34 kW); electrical connection is 120v/60, 6.0 amps. Certified cETLus and NSF.
