Dial in delicate sauces with the low simmer feature while other stations sear, boil, and sauté at full heat. Durable cast iron grates support heavy cookware, and a removable crumb tray speeds end-of-shift cleanup. The oven’s porcelain interior and included chrome rack support reliable baking and roasting throughout service.
Stainless steel front, sides, backguard, and shelf stand up to daily use and present well on open lines. Six-inch legs with adjustable feet help level the unit for safe, even cooking.
