Built for line efficiency, the Imperial Range IR-6-RG24-CC combines six open burners, a 24″ raised griddle/broiler, and two convection ovens in a 60″ footprint. Chefs can sear, simmer, grill, and bake simultaneously to keep service moving during peak hours.
Low-simmer capability and cast iron grates help manage delicate sauces beside high-heat sautés. The 3/4″ polished steel plate and 3″ grease trough channel runoff into a removable can, while a crumb tray speeds end-of-shift cleanup.
Each convection oven features a 1/2 HP blower motor, porcelain interior, and three chrome racks to promote even results and flexible loading. Manual controls and stainless steel construction deliver reliable, straightforward operation for demanding kitchens.
