Designed for busy lines, the Lang R30C-APE electric range pairs an 18″ x 3/4″ thick snap action griddle and a hot plate with a convection oven base. Use the griddle to sear proteins or toast buns while the hot plate handles sauté pans. All in a compact 30″ width to conserve valuable line space.
Dial in repeatable results with the solid state oven thermostat from 150–450°F and a 1-hour timer. A 2-speed fan with pulse capability promotes even browning, quick recovery, and consistent bakes. Five rack positions with included racks help stage batches or roast multiple pans at once.
Constructed of 430 stainless steel inside and out with a vented 2″ stub back, the unit cleans quickly and endures heavy use. Four casters aid mobility for sanitation and service access. The all-electric 19.8 kW design supports efficient, gas-free kitchen operations.
