Description
The Master-Bilt DC-12D ice cream dipping cabinet pairs generous capacity with a proven cold-holding design for efficient service. Built with a steel exterior and galvanized steel interior, it features a stainless steel top with an anti-condensate heater. The layout is configured to dip (18) 3 gallon and store (15) 3 gallon, keeping active and reserve product in one unit. A cold-wall evaporator supports a temperature range of 10° to -10°F suited to scooping. Flip lids cover the product between service periods. For power, the DC-12D uses a 1/3 hp system operating on 115v/60/1-ph and draws 5.9 amps. A 9′ cord with a NEMA 5-15P makes connection straightforward. This model is cULus and NSF listed.
