The Master-Bilt DC-4S ice cream dipping cabinet supports frozen dessert service with practical capacity and reliable cooling. It dips six 3-gallon flavors and stores four backup 3-gallon tubs, supporting fast changeovers. A cold-wall evaporator maintains a temperature range of 10°F to -10°F. The cabinet is built with a steel exterior, galvanized steel interior, and a stainless steel top with an anti-condensate heater. A flip lid covers the wells when not in use. The DC-4S operates on 115v/60/1-ph, draws 3.2 amps, and uses a 1/4 hp refrigeration system.
