Built for high-volume lines, the Serv-Ware SGR-10B 60-inch natural gas restaurant range equips the cookline with ten 30,000 BTU open burners and dual ovens. Chefs can sear, sauté, and simmer across multiple pans on removable heavy-duty cast grates. A stainless steel pilot provides a dependable standby flame during peak service.
Below, two 31,000 BTU ovens with U-shaped burners deliver consistent cavity heat for roasting proteins, baking sides, or finishing pans. Each oven includes two racks to stage multiple items as orders queue up. A pull-out crumb tray speeds debris removal between turns.
A back riser with shelf keeps frequently used pans, spices, and tools within reach to tighten workflow. The stainless steel front and back riser with galvanized sides handle daily use, while 6-inch adjustable legs help level the unit to existing equipment. An LP conversion kit is included for installation flexibility.
