The Southbend BEMTS-40 tilting skillet is built to move high-volume production with control and consistency. A 40 gallon capacity gives teams the batch size they need, while an electric hydraulic lift delivers smooth, precise tilting for efficient transfers. The spring assisted cover helps manage handling throughout the cook cycle, and the removable pour strainer provides cleaner, more controlled pours.
Designed for durability and easy placement, this unit features stainless steel construction on a cabinet base with 6″ legs. Adjustable bullet feet in the front and adjustable flanged feet in the rear help fine-tune leveling and anchoring. A 15.0 kW configuration and 1/2 HP componentry round out a dependable platform for busy operations. Certified CSA and NSF.
