The Southbend 4484EE-6R is a 48 in. gas restaurant range designed to streamline line production. Its purpose-built cooktop combines three star/sauté burners at the front right with two pyromax burners behind them, plus a star/sauté burner front left and a non-clog burner rear left. Chefs can sear, sauté, and handle high-heat tasks without repositioning pans across stations.
Bake or roast in two space saver ovens with battery spark ignition while the top stays active. A standing pilot keeps the cooktop ready, and the 22-1/2 in. flue riser with shelf provides a handy staging surface for pans or plating. Put it to work during busy dinner service to keep essentials within easy reach.
