A combined 356,000 BTU drives four star/sauté burners and four left-side Pyromax burners to handle searing, sautéing, reductions, and rapid boils during peak service. Dual convection ovens keep roasts, bakes, and finishing work moving without bottlenecking the line.
Battery-spark ignition on the ovens supports dependable start-up, while the standing pilot keeps the cooktop ready for the next turn. With three racks per oven, you can stage multiple pans to batch-cook or hold components for plating.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds convenient landing and storage space above the range. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf pair with 6-inch adjustable legs to level the unit and aid cleaning access. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
