Work multiple stations at once: sauté on the burners while you griddle eggs, pancakes, or smash burgers on the 24-inch plate. The convection oven with battery spark ignition handles baking and roasting and includes three racks for staging pans. A standing pilot keeps the burners ready for quick-fire turns during peak service.
Built for daily use, the range features a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf to provide added overhead workspace. Six-inch adjustable legs make leveling straightforward on uneven floors. This model carries cCSAus and NSF credentials and qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ program.
