This ten-burner layout helps organize stations and keep orders moving.
A built-in convection oven with battery spark ignition speeds even baking and roasting, ideal for batch cooking vegetables, proteins, or sheet-pan items. Three included racks expand capacity and flexibility, while the cabinet base keeps pans and tools within arm’s reach to reduce steps. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf provides extra staging space for smallwares or plating.
